We are sorry to hear that! The Artist personally checks and packs every print carefully and takes a picture of your order before shipment. If your print arrived damaged during the shipment process, we will be happy to send you another copy of your favorite artwork at no extra cost. We'll kindly ask you to take a picture of the damaged part and send the picture to us together with the order number to the following email: contact@rvalgart.com

Yes, every print is signed and numbered by hand and it comes with the Certificate of Authenticity inside the pack tube.

For easy and well care of the shipment we decided to send the prints in hard tubes. If you really want the Artwork to be sent framed, there is the possibility of doing so, but this includes extra cost for the frame of the Artwork and shipping.
